1. Are Returns Accepted:
- Yes, we accept returns for new unused items in original packaging. Customized (printed) items can be returned only if there is a printing error.
- Returns are accepted within Canada only.
2. How long after delivery can an Item be returned:
- Items can be returned 30 days from delivery date if the item(s) is defective or damaged.
3. How can a Customer Return an Item:

4. Product Condition of Returned Item:
- All items must be returned in New condition
5. How will a customer receive the return label:
- Contact our office at 905-420-6578 or by email to info@bagout.let.ca
- You will be issued an RMA # which should then be written on the box of the item or items you are returning.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, defective product) we will arrange and pay for the return shipping.
- If the customer is returning the product due to change of mind or purchased in error, it will be the customers responsibility to arrange the shipping, including the cost of the shipment to return the product in new and unused condition.
6. Is there a Re-stocking fee?
- Yes, a restocking fee will apply if the customer has ordered the wrong product. The fee will be $10 or 15% of the order, whichever is greater. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
7. Refused Orders:
- If an order has shipped and is refused by the customer, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee or a $10.00 fee (whichever is greater) and all the shipping charges incurred from this order will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund of the order.
8. Cancelled Orders:
- If a customer cancels an Order after making payment, there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the refunded amount. If the Order has shipped, the shipping fee will also be deducted from the refunded amount. Custom orders are non refundable due to their unique made to order nature as it is tailored specifically for you. All sales are final. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and policies including refund, production and shipping policies.
- Deliveries are estimates that may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as delayed customer responses. Your immediate reply is crucial for an accurate delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by delayed customers replys or shipping constaints.
- Delays in deliveries may be caused outside of our control such as shipping contraints, carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays resulting from these factors.
- If there is a delay we will contact you with an updated delivery date and keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding. If you have questions or concerns we invite you to call or email us to answer any questions you may have.
